Stepping Out
One of my favorite martial arts blogs, Ikigai Way, is currently hosting a Readers Week in which a different author is published on the site each day. I submitted an article, titled “Freedom from Choice”, and am very pleased to announce that it is the featured piece today. I hope you can find time to read the article as well as check out the many other interesting entries on the site. Comments and feedback are encouraged. I have touched on some of the ideas in past articles on solo training so, for related material, you may want to also visit this December 2012 entry.
